If you are new to ITIL then why not start with the latest version - ITIL V3 which was released in May 2007 and is a complete refresh of ITIL V2.

If you or your organization have already been using ITIL V2 then you may wish to consider bridging your accreditation to ITIL V3.

If you have decided to stay with V2 for now then here are your training options:

ITIL Foundation qualification is a pre-requisite to any further ITIL studies and in which you will learn ITIL basics and terminology.

When you have your ITIL Foundation qualification you can either choose one or more of the ITIL Practitioner qualifications in order to specialise in a particular area of ITIL or get your ITIL Manager's Certificate which is suited to service managers.

Choose the ITIL V2 training course that is right for you
